By placing an order for the America250 Utah Mini Activity Booklet, you agree to the following:

Libraries will receive a set allotment of booklets from the Utah State Library Division. It is your responsibility to confirm your allotted quantity before placing a preorder.

All preorder quantities are intended as additional copies and will be added to your official distribution from the Utah State Library Division.

All sales are final. Because these are custom, coordinated print quantities, no returns, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.

Orders are sold in fixed increments of 100 booklets at $70 per set. Alternate quantities are not available.
