You will request authorization before listing Your Very Favorite products for sale on Amazon.com. Authorization is subject to a reseller offering Your Very Favorite products in one or more online or brick-and-mortar sales channels in addition to Amazon.
If you fail to pay invoices according to terms, you may forfeit any associated incentives.
You will advertise Your Very Favorite products for sale at or above the indicated minimum advertised price (MAP), irrespective of shipping charges, discounts or other allowances to consumers.
