Color My World Activity Folio

For the American Fork Library’s 2025 Summer Reading Program, we created an 8-panel “Color My World Activity Folio”!

The American Fork Library is a favorite client of ours, coming back year after year with new ideas of what we might cook up together. Each project has a new goal, and they consistently trust us to create something that fits exactly what they need. Library director Casandria Crane has told us that one of the reasons they enjoy working with us is that they never have to over-explain. They share the initial idea and we run with it, shaping it into something that is a perfect fit!

For their Summer Reading Program in 2025, the request was to design a keepsake-style piece—something participants could hold onto as a time capsule of their summer.

We developed an 8-panel fold-out activity folio filled with writing, drawing, and coloring prompts centered around the theme “Color Our World.” The content was designed to feel personal and reflective, while also tying back to the library and the American Fork community.

The folios were distributed to participants throughout the summer, giving kids and families a creative way to capture their experiences and memories.
